A Train-the-Trainer focused version of the Roots, Rocks & Results program, that might be eligible for the BC Employer Training Grant
This version of the program is focused on providing you and your staff the skills to lead & execute the various exercises and assessments yourself, identify opportunities for improvement, build your Action Plan, Prioritize and Manage your Continuous Improvement Program, as well as educating you on the essential Business skills and concepts needed to grow your business, improve your bottom line and hire staff.
Through the BC Employer Training Grant, employers can receive 80% of the cost of eligible training up to $10,000 per participant in total government contributions during a fiscal year.
